Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data OptiView collects when you browse the shop, place an order or book an eye test, and how we use it.

We collect your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and order details, and, for prescription lenses, the prescription you enter. We also keep basic technical data such as pages visited, to keep the shop working.

We use this data to process and deliver orders, to confirm appointments, to answer your questions and to meet our legal and tax duties. We do not sell your data.

We share data only with the services that help us fulfil your order, such as payment, delivery and email providers, and only as needed for that purpose.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@optiviewuae.com.
